Restaurant Services
Submitting a consultation or training request does not create a consulting, employment, partnership, or other professional relationship.
The scope, schedule, price, payment terms, cancellation terms, and responsibilities for any restaurant engagement will be agreed upon separately before work begins. Those separate terms will control if they conflict with these Terms.
Payments and Support
Payments are processed through Stripe and are also subject to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices.
One-time contributions and recurring supporter payments are voluntary and are not tax-deductible charitable donations.
Recurring support continues at the stated interval until canceled. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not ordinarily refund payments already processed.
Prices and product-specific terms will be displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, voluntary contributions and delivered digital products are nonrefundable.
If you are charged incorrectly or do not receive a purchased product, contact info@theserverunderground.com.
